Abel Asalefew Zegeye

I started my career as a website manager and from there discovered the world of remote work. I became an SDR, a Virtual Assistant, and an Appointment Setter. That journey took me across five industries and completely changed my life.

Over 3 years working with U.S. businesses in home services, healthcare, financial services, and more, I learned exactly what makes a remote hire actually perform. I built Forge Youth Talents to give others that same opportunity and to close the gap between skilled Ethiopian talent and the businesses that need them.
